Mahalia got started in various dog sports at a young age, having a background in competitive obedience and conformation, in recent years her focus has been on dog sports and dog sport photography.
She found her passion in the sport of dock diving, getting her start with Prairie Dog Sports in 2017, she has been competing in NADD events for 6 years now with her Labrador Retriever Echo, together they have successfully titled in all 3 disciplines and received Regional and National invitations.
After her dog Echo found joy in the world of BHA Barn Hunt, she can also be found learning the ropes and competing in this exciting sport. As the owner and photographer of Prairie Echo Photography, she is very excited to be out photographing the amazing teams that participate in the many different dog sports offered at Prairie Dog Sports.
